 Average Listing Price $450,127, Selling Price $443,308, house with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1,402 sq ft home, 13,490 sq ft lot and 49 days on market.  

2 sales were in the price range of 300K to 400K,  10 on the 400K to 500K and 1 from 500K to 600K. From all the sales 1 was bank owned aka reo, 2 on short sale and the rest were standard sales.

 

MORTGAGES AND INTEREST RATE
