Westminister-This neighborhood is known for being safe and quite and in a safe location. This area is known for great family and neighborhood tradition. This is a wooded community of ranch homes that is going through some sort or progression. Many families are remodeling their home with will probably increase the value of the neighborhood. I've read of many socials and activities that take place in this community which is fun for the entire family.

Jefferson Terrace- This area is somewhat of an older neighborhood. Bluebonnet Terrace is also a part of this area. They are located around Bluebonnet Rd between Jefferson Hwy and I-10. This subdivision has a community that offers a swimming pool and tennis courts. There are many older homes in this area but it's welcoming new construction making it a little bit of both. This is probably one of the areas to live in if you want to be in the middle of it all. The mall is close by and Perkins Rowe is right down the street. There are also several strip malls, restaurants and businesses close by also.

Santa Maria- Say hello to upscale living. This neighborhood is located off of Old Perkins and Highland Road. It offers a beautiful golf course and a wonderful view. It has a neighborhood park and tennis court. It also has nature trails and walking paths. They have an awesome state-of-the-art fitness facility, lake view and a library.
