For the last several years, a persistent lack of available homes in this popular affordable neighborhood has depressed sales and pushed home prices higher. In spite of that, those homes that did come on the market sold very well - there were 30 sales, ranging in price from a low of $210,000 to a high of $310,000, with a median price of $258,000 and an average price of $260,050. Market performance was excellent, with an average days to get an offer of 10 and an average days on the market of 43. The sale price/list price ratio for these 30 homes was 100.0%, indicative of high buyer demand and a strong seller's market.
