We at TEAM Hughes Real Estate School hope you had the most wonderful Christmas ever! Now, we are moving into the new year with great expectations. This week may find people still celebrating or recuperating from celebrating. We were in Illinois for the holiday and hated to leave so quickly, but this week is a banner week for us!
Although our classes are done for the year, TEAM Hughes is moving into the new year in style! We are announcing another campus opening, and are thrilled about it. If you are in Crestview, Navarre, Destin, Niceville, Ft. Walton Beach, Shalimar, Niceville or at Eglin AFB, you are going to want to know where TEAM Hughes is moving into the new year.
We are extremely excited to announce the opening of TEAM Hughes at ERA American Realty in Shalimar, FL. Their classroom facilities are top-notch, and students who attend the One-Week Fast Track Real Estate Course in Shalimar will feel as though they are being spoiled rather than taught. We are happy to welcome Brent Spaulding to our team of instructors. Brent has years of experience in the practice of real estate, and he is excited to be able to share not only his experience, but the wisdom he has gleaned from being a REALTOR® for over 35 years. Please welcome him by attending his first-class January 23-29, 2017. Classes at the Shalimar campus will be held the 4th week of each month and you can check out our schedule on the website.
Moving into the new year always seems to be rushed. There are year-end projects that we cannot do until the year-end, and that can be stressful. Computer work needs to be done to change files from 2016 to 2017, which requires time and concentration. On a personal level, you may be the type of person who wants to get tax information completed quickly, and the list goes on.
Moving into the new year can be a little more pleasant if you’ve decided to reach toward a goal that has been on your mind. I invite you to check us out if you have wanted to obtain a real estate license. TEAM Hughes is the first step you’ll need, and we are happy to walk you through the process of applying and getting your license. For those of you who have been thinking about it for a while, it would be a great feeling to finally take that first step!
