This report will cover five bedroom and larger homes in Delta and the surrounding rural area. It will cover those properties listed in the local MLS in the 81416 zip code. It will include manufactured homes.
At this time there are six active listings and one pending a sale. - Prices start off at $120,000 and go up to $533,500. The average list price is $333,757 and the median list price is $369,000.
