Yeah you associated the name of this blog with that of a famous candy bar called a snickers.......... so I caught
your attention? Maybe I did, Maybe I didn't. ATTENTION is what we need to get from all of our soon to be home
owners out there who are sitting on the side lines waiting for the next best deal! What I will say now is tomorrow
never knows what today does, that said some of these investors waiting on the sidelines need to realize that it's
possible that they wake up tomorrow and realize they were dreaming about prices going back to 1992!!! I have a
few whom call me regarding a $500k property that is at this price after a $200k reduction and they still want to
offer $400k?????? Did I miss something here??? Was I living on another planet??? If so please give me some
oxygen I need to wake up!! Deals are happening as we speak and guess what, there are going to be more but
sooner or later they will run out if we get too picky and sit on the sidelines. Remember when people used to say
if it sounds too good to be true it probably isn't ??? well it ISN'T because we think that even though it's a good
deal we can probably low ball the hell out of the bank and probably get accepted! I know the banks didn't lose
any money on any of these deals as much as we would like to believe they did. Everyone made money except
for the buyers of these home that are now repos. I understand the WANT of some clients. Hoping that tomorrow
a Southern California beachfront goes on the market for $500k compared to a regular $2 mil, but lets face it
pigs wont fly and for now we just will have to do with the vast amount of short sales and reos out there! As for
you my fellow agent, Grab yourself a snickers peel that sucker open and open yourself an escrow on what sooner
than later will become nothing but all smiles and refferals from a benchwarming, auction attending investor!
