Here are some good questions to ask yourself if you are attempting to sell your home or have been thinking about selling your home.

  1. What is your time frame to move
  2. Why are selling at this time?
  3. Where have you decided to relocate to?
  4. Have you ever sold a home before?
  5. How was your experience?
  6. What didn't you like?
  7. What did you like?
  8. What is your biggest fear or concern with the sale of your home?
  9. How soon do you want to have your home on the market?
  10. What needs to happen before you put the home on the market?
  11. Are you prepared to move it the home sells in the first 30 days?
  12. Are you aware of the average sale time of a home is about 120 days. Then 30-60 days to closing?
  13. What are the pluses of your home
  14. Are there any twp or zoning issues outstanding?
  15. Are there any neighbor or boundary issues with fences, driveway or property lines?
  16. Do you have any family or friends in the real estate business?
