Wordless Wednesday: A Striking Combination Of Staging!

What makes our visits to Westerlay Orchids memorable is the way they stage their plants.  This particular one was a delight to see.  Notice the variety of green tones in the succulent selections and the leaves of the Cymbidium orchids.  These are a great contrast to the orchid blooms against the neutral of the twisted branches.  These colors combinations are often a basis of inspiration for our branding and marketing work.

Happy Wednesday to All!

CAN YOU STATE HOW YOU ARE DIFFERENT AND BETTER THAN YOUR COMPETITION IN UNDER 30 SECONDS?

ABOUT:  Luxury Real Estate is a high stakes game. Commissions are substantial! We help luxury real estate professionals get to the listing table more often and win listings more frequently.  If you want to be the market leader, the personal or company brand that your target market thinks of first and refers most often, you need an Elevator Statement to accelerate the process.  We can get you there!

Your Elevator Statement is a succinct and persuasive summary of your extraordinary promise of value, your unique selling proposition.  In a time-starved world the attention span of your target market is shrinking.  To instantly convey what sets you apart from the crowd you need to be able to answer EACH ONE of these 3 questions in less than 30 seconds.: 1) What Do You Do?; 2)  How Do You Do It?, and;  3) How Are You Different?.  Can you state how you are different and better than your competition in under 30 seconds?

Watch the video above to see and hear how we do it.

And I'll just bet that with the right type of dressing that salad would be just delicious.  Maybe a few croutons interspersed?

An interesting presentation, Ron and Alexandra Seigel and it seems the reds are lacking here. That's ok though as I realize that is not your message. You are right; contrasts make us stand out among the competition.

When we were in Holland and Germany a while back I was amazed at how the flower shops laid out their wares, it was amazing, made you want to get into the flower business to stage a store like that. And makes you realize what a difference staging can do for anything, from branding to making sales.
