The Birds Nest is the perfect Pocono get-away! Nestled in a quiet section of a premier gated community, this is an ideal place to retreat and enjoy quality time with your family and friends.
The house sleeps 10 comfortably with 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, and a newly refinished lower level and game room with a bumper pool table, foosball and board games. The kitchen is fully stocked so you can easily prepare and serve homemade meals for more than 12 guests. There is a propane fireplace in the living room, along with a large flat screen/smart TV and cable, and Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the house. Each bedroom also has a flat screen TV and cable. For rainy days, we have nearly 150 DVD’s and VHS tapes for all ages and a couple good books you can enjoy as well.
A gas grill is located on the front deck to enjoy cookouts and the back deck provides for a more intimate place to gather. The fire pit and Adirondack style chairs create a cozy space for making new memories. Washer/dryer included and plenty of space for parking.
Located in beautiful Arrowhead Lakes, the chalet style house is nestled in a gated community with resort amenities including: 3 beaches; 3 pools; 2 lakes; 2 boat launch locations; bike, boat and paddleboard rentals; fishing; lodge with billiards, lounge and fitness room; clubhouse for community activities and horseshoe pits; fishing; BBQ areas with grills and picnic tables; sand volleyball; and year round scheduled events like bon fires and movie nights.
The Birds Nest is within walking distance to Beach #3 and only 1.4 miles to Pool Island where there is plenty of parking should you decide to drive.
