The sellers contacted me a while back, upset with their existing agent for reasons I didn't fully catch, but the reasons do not matter because I'm not the sort of agent who upsets her clients. Whatever the reason as to why the seller wanted to cancel the listing with his existing agent is really none of my business. It makes no difference regarding how I will list and sell a home in Elk Grove. I have my own way of doing things.
I saw the home was withdrawn from MLS a few days ago, so I called the seller. Looking out at the ocean from my lanai. Watching geckos scatter.
At first, I sensed the seller was a little reluctant to list with me because he felt odd that I was on my wor-cation in Hawaii and he was in Elk Grove. But I quickly calmed those fears and assured him that I could put his home on the market the following day, complete with professional photographs, and I will sell the home within 30 days.
Heck, I'll probably sell this turnkey home within 2 days, and for MORE money than his last listing. This is what a professional listing agent does. You can read more and see all of the photographs in my personal blog today at this link: Single Level Home in Laguna Creek Features Amazing Yard.
