Delray Beach- Merry Hanukkah, Happy Christmas and More Pecan Pie, Please.
It is Christmas Eve and the first night of Hanukkah. Whatever you celebrate, and even if you don’t I wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy Hanukkah.
By the way, if you want to wish me a Happy Hanukkah, I will not be insulted, and by the same token, if someone wishes you Merry Christmas, please don’t take it as an insult.
It is my believe that we say these phrases to others as a way of wishing them the joy and happiness that goes with the season.

People passing each other on the street would say ‘Merry Christmas!’ or ‘Happy Hanukkah’ or (to the atheists) ‘Look out for the wall!’ Dave Berry
