BREAKING BREAD AND TEAM BUILDING

 

PHOENIX REAL ESTATEIs morale down where you work? Does it get you upset? Do you wish people were more excited about real estate and what they do? Well, it starts with YOU. The one thing I have learned that everything starts with ME. Me decides how Me starts the day. I have decided to start out each morning with a positive attitude. ME decides to make it happen each day.

I have organized a small company BBQ today with my fellow associates. I planted the idea last week to have a friendly company BBQ. I solicited that we can all bring something to the BBQ. I asked the one associate to create a list of who is bringing what. Wow, we had that list completed in thirty minutes. It is amazing how people become excited to participate in a company function when food is involved.

Another thing that I have learned is that this gives time for all associates to bond with one another in a friendly atmosphere to get to know each other better. It builds a bond with one another. I have built many great times over the last twnety years. Yes, I have other secrets in my pocket.

I am looking forward to our company function today.
