Impressive looking house for under $80,000. The wood floors are something that should excite an lookers. The monthly payment of this one would be probably cheaper than renting so this should be a real home run for someone who is looking for a good value.

Hi I just came across this group and I think this a great way to advertise listings. I have 3 investment properties that I am going to post here. In Erie Pa you could get a house like this for that price too.
