The Gift of Courtesy

“The gift of courtesy . . . . is a gift that keeps on giving.”

Lou Ludwig Sales and Management Consultant,

Success Coach, Speaker, Trainer and Author

As I see it . . . . . . . .

The gift of courtesy

There is power in the act of simple courtesy . . . . Is a gift that makes people feel good about being in your company . . . . and it’s a gift that keeps on giving.

The simple act of courtesy is in having good manners . . . . and treating people with courteousness.

Courtesy is act of doing for others without seeking a personal reward . . . . or recognition. The simple act of courtesy is doings the right thing at the right time because it’s the right thing to do. Being courteous can be one of the most fulfilling moments in a person’s life for both the giver and receiver.

The power of the act of simple courtesy can brighten a person’s day. Make a person smile . . . . and form lasting relationships. The cost of being courteous is being polite . . . . and the rewards are endless.

Being courteous is a person choice of being a good person . . . . and making the people that you meet . . . . and associate with feel good about being with you..

There is power in the act of being courtesy . . . . and that power will change the life of the person that utilize it with good intentions.

The gift of courtesy . . . . is a gift that keeps giving. Give it freely and it will return to you.

Hi Lou

Happy Holidays to you.

Being courteous, and being around someone who is courteous IS a gift. It's not all that hard to you, and so often is reciprocated!

So many people confuse respect with courtesy.  Respect must be earned; however, we should always show courtesy towards all we encounter.
