The Anthem Parkside real estate market continued to flatten in November. The total number of homes sold in the The Parkside declined by 18% from October, but up 11% better than November 2015. The average sale price was up 5% from October but remained pretty much the same year over year. The 12 month moving average increased by was the same as October and up 6% from last year. The price per square foot decreased by 6% from October but remained flat year over year. The days on market continued to increase as well, now standing at 77 days, up 24% over October but down 5% from Novebmer 2015. The burn rate, (or homes under contract versus homes on the market) is now about 2.70 month’s supply, inching toward a buyer's market. There are now 97 homes on the market in the Club, and 40 homes pending/under contract. If you're thinking of selling your Anthem Parkside home I might hold off for a bit and check in here for future reports to determine if this trend continues.
