Selling Sacramento Real Estate While on Vacation

By
Real Estate Agent with Elizabeth Anne Weintraub, Broker DRE #00697006

There are many agents who take a holiday in December and don't look back at their business. They pass it off on another agent in their office or maybe they don't have any new or old business to contend with when away. Not every agent is a top producer.

Some agents are very happy selling a house every now and then and don't feel compelled (like this Sacramento Realtor) to turnover 1 to 2 houses a week. Nothing wrong with no desire to put your pedal to the metal, but I would go stir crazy if I didn't have a million things going on. It's just how I am wired. It makes me happy to sell Sacramento real estate, and I make sure I have a long enough vacation to accomplish both rest and closing more business.

You can read more about how I do it in my personal blog today at this link: Selling Sacramento Homes From Our Vacation House in Hawaii.

Good morning, Elizabeth -- and it looks as if your keys are on the table ready for you to make an exit and a new adventure.   Enjoy the rest of your day listing - negotiating - selling another Sacramento home along with something more Hawaiian.  Thanks for including the photo of the rattan -- a  more updated look than my grandparents' den furniture.

Treating yourself to flowers was a great idea!  I do the same thing from time to time.

Michael Jacobs The tenants are taking the dining room table or at least wanting to talk to me about buying it (for most likely an outrageous sum), but in retrospect, they have to leave the matching sofa & chair as it was included in the sales price, so I'm thinking I want something more substantial and not so rickety, maybe Tommy Bahama.

Chris Ann Cleland I love picking out flowers for myself because I feel free to splurge (unlike some people who buy them for me, LOL). That arrangement was four bouquets I chose separately and then combined.
