I’m hearing rumbling about business having slowed. There’s always business out there, and all one needs to do is find it. Find it online and offline. Find it in places you didn’t expect to find it.
Marketing online is a staple now on the marketing menu. It takes time, not money!! It is marketing made easy!! There’s really no excuse for not having business. Analyze the inventory in your marketplace on MLS, and market to the Avatar ( Another Nestor & Katerina Gasset -Katerina lesson ) for the type of inventory that you’ve selected. Who will buy that home? Who is that buyer, and how would you describe that buyer? Now you have some titles for your many blog posts.
There is always inventory to market. One can market without having the position of being a listing agent. If your area has Active Adult Communities, market to that potential buyer. If there is a subdivision of first time buyer homes, decide what keyword phrases that buyer would be using in the Google box to search for that type of home. You got the picture, right?
Land is an entity that we have in our inventory, and there’s a variety that ranges from single, buildable lots to large tracts of undeveloped, unapproved land. There are many keyword phrases that will make our phones ring by builders and developers.
Business is everywhere. One only needs to reach out and grab it, and you do not need to be the listing agent to market for buyers. The best part is many buyers have homes to sell. Now, you have the potential for a sale and a listing to market.
So, do you still think you’re out of business? The answer is “not unless you want to be.”
