SMILE
by Patricia
While showing lots and land last night I got an unexpected smile from the llama with his banana-shaped ears. The shy one stayed behind in the shadows. What did this smile do for me? It made me smile back!
Smiles are contagious! Whenever I smile at someone and they smile back it is confirmation that life really is about who we are and what we give! Whether we are animals or human we all need a smile! While it's okay for some to want to keep their distance, like the shy one behind the smiley one, I prefer to feel the radiance of a smile and the way it makes me feel inside is very good! Being the first one to give a smile away and receive one back bounces back like a burst of energy! Smiling is an act of kindness.
A warm smile is a universal language of kindness

If we gave away at least one smile a day, we would spread kindness 365 days a year. A smile doesn't require a special diet or exercise and you don't even need a degree in education to spread kindness with a smile. Happy smiles to you all and Happy New Year too!!!
