The success and failure of every business can be traced back to their business plan; or the absence of a business plan.

And, since every real estate agent is, in fact, operating their own small business, they need to create and follow a practical business plan (assuming they want to be successful).

In this video, I provide real estate agents an overview of things they should consider when developing their personal business plan.

This information is for every real estate agent; whether you're a newbie or an experienced professional, this video has some very useful information for you.

By the way, this is Part 1 of a 2 part series.

In my next video, I'll actually show you how to create an itemized expense list, and the all important income and expense cash flow projection so you can prepare as best you can for the future of your business.
