Year to date the number of reported houses sold reached 1274, a drop of 5% from 2015. The number of projected real estate sales in November 2016 was up 26.1%, with 134 projected real estate sales total this month. Projected real estate sales year to date in Richardson saw a decrease of 3.9%, with 1289 projected total this year.
