The number of reported houses sold this month underwent a dip of 9.3% from last year, with 39 sold total. The number of houses sold year to date in The Colony was higher 6% from the same month 2015, with 548 houses sold this year. The number of projected homes sold in November 2016 reached 44 total, an increase of 1.9%. In The Colony projected real estate sales year to date was at 553 total, an uptick of 6.9%.
