The number of reported houses sold this month underwent a dip of 9.3% from last year, with 39 sold total. The number of houses sold year to date in The Colony was higher 6% from the same month 2015, with 548 houses sold this year. The number of projected homes sold in November 2016 reached 44 total, an increase of 1.9%. In The Colony projected real estate sales year to date was at 553 total, an uptick of 6.9%. In The Colony there was a gain of 2.7% in newly listed houses in the market this month. There were 38 newly listed houses in the market total this month. Year to date the number of newly listed houses was 632 total, a rise of 0.3%. There was a dip of 7.5% in homes listed under contract this month from November last year.
