Renee - this IS a great post, and thank you for the mention. It was great meeting you, and I'd be happy to go on the "sushi" run next year. Mike has asked me to pencil in this time next year or sooner to do it again. Renee:  I don't know how I missed this post, but thanks to Brad for putting the links in his post.  I thought I had read everyone's post ... Wish you and everyone could have spent time at Graceland with Brad and me, Renee ! It was a great privilege participating with you and all of our colleagues. Hat's off to Carousel and Mike for bringing Brad to Dyersburg (Dad wants me to remind Mike that he was the captain of the Covington Central-Byars Hall football team in 1949, and they whooped up on Dyersburg pretty durned good that year for the state championship. Dad wanted me to remind Mike of that and botch his day up) :-) Just funnin' with you.

Hi Renee. Memphis seems to be weathering the storm well. Zillow was reporting a .6% decline for Memphis metro. A little steeper for condos. Zillow also has a need to update and correct market data based on timely local information, although they're improving their reporting quality. The area board numbers should be appearing soon. Hope everyone's having a great week.

Hi Renee~  Hey!  Please don't feel bad about your blog being removed from the "newbie's" group- I have had one or two of mine removed too!  Don't sweat the small stuff, it's THEIR loss anyway....They are just jealous because they didn't get to come to our class! Sometimes people get very picky and possessive of their groups, what does it really matter in the scheme of things? Really, I think they just want posts on there that HELP newbies, just read their guidelines and you will see exactly what they will let you or anyone for that matter post there. 

 There are so many other groups to join and belong to ....you know you can even start your own group and then YOU can run it the way you see fit! 

 To answer your question  earlier, I live in Western Kentucky in Owensboro.  My new grandson is in Bowling Green, KY which is about 1 hour from me, which is great.  I have not seen him since before our infamous activerain training class, so I am having withdrawal and I am going to have to get there this weekend for sure! 

We definitely will do the sushi thing the next time, see, even Brad Andersohn would have loved it.  Mike just never asked anyone else because HE doesn't like it........ and he has probably never even tried it. LOL! You know the sushi video they had on activerain was the most watched video, so what does that tell you?   Sushi Lovers' ROCK!!!
