November saw a slight uptick in the Serenity Villas real estate market. The total number of homes sold in November edged up to 2, twice as much as both October 2016 and November 2015 in The Villas. The days on market for those homes that sold decreased dramatically from October, and down 53% over last year. There are 2 homes on the market in The Villas at this time and the 12 month moving average price, $153,580 continues to edge up, 5% versus 2015, continuing to level off. Currently there is 1 home under contract in The Villas. Combined with the numbers in the Anthem Parkside and Anthem Country Club we can say that there's definitely a slow down in the Anthem real estate market.

Avg. Days on Market (Solds): 56 (Down 42% from Oct. '16, Down 53% from Nov. '15)
