A referral, our website, mailings, our yard signs, ActiveRain...we just
never know.
We are getting a new listing from sellers we never thought we would hear
from again.
The story goes like this...
After showing us around, they didn't have patience and told us to "cut to
the chase" and asked what were we going to list their house for. At this point we knew they were just looking for the highest number they could get and
were not interested in Larry & Sheila, or our marketing, or our experience, or our
knowledge...All they wanted was the price!
Larry & I looked at each other and then Larry said...
Sheila: "A Realtor can give you any price you want to hear...Not
what a buyer will eventually pay for it".
We left saying goodbye and good luck ~
Four Months Later...
Hi Larry & Sheila, You were right (ahhh, don't you love hearing this)
We were very happy when another Agent gave us a high price to list our house. As a matter of fact we were ecstatic. Unfortunately, no one ever came to our front door! We are ready to listen to you and start the house selling process all over.
Will you take our listing now?
