Here's hoping that you and all of the people you care about have a Merry New Year.

Oh, and a happy one, too!

And here are my special wishes for my ActiveRain blog buddies for 2017:

May your clients all pass the fun test - even when you don't!
May your transactions settle smoothly, with everyone happy when you reach the settlement table.
May you be able to fit into your skinny jeans by April 1st.
May your house become and remain de-cluttered.
May your roof not leak and your basement stay dry.
May you get through the year with no moving violations in your car.
May your tires stay inflated and your batteries charged during appointments when clients are in the car.
May all of your pets and children remain house broken.
May you have time for a couple of great vacations.
May the Feature Fair treat you well.
May some of you pass me on the LeaderBoard.
May you and yours enjoy a happy and healthy year!
