Happy New Year everybody! Lets go forward with a positive attitude and optimism and make 2017 a great year for all of us!
All the indicators are for another solid year in real estate despite rising rates which are still historically low - a bigger concern may be rising house prices. However, in most areas, rents are rising even faster & as I do with all my first-time buyers, I run the comparative numbers & invariably it is less expensive to buy vs. rent!
