As a coach and trainer I have worked with agents, title reps and loan
officers to help them increase their business.  It’s funny…you can tell
people what to do and they’ll say they’ll do it…but when it comes to
taking the one, two or three "uncomfortable" steps…they hem and haw
every time.

Accountability will pick you up when you stumble, regroup and
encourage you to do it again or to try another approach.

Accountability will help provide you with the umph! you need
to take the next step.

The sole purpose is to support, encourage and direct you towards
your goal.

I want you to earn more in the next 30-60-90 days…how about you?

Do you want to earn more?

Focus on one thing
generating income by targeting either buyers or sellers.

If you want an accountability partner to help you plan a strategic increase
for your income, contact me.

Good luck and Happy Sales,

Jeff

Jeff......I get referrals from past clients, associates and people that have heard about me from other people stemming back from when I first got in the business in 1992.  To me, that is wonderful.  I work hard, I follow through with what I say I am going to do, I actually care about people, not just the commission check and I listen.

For me there is no plan to success in real estate, it just comes natural.  I treat people the way I would like to be treated.  I don't do something for someone because of what I think they should do in return.  It has to be sincere.  Enough about me.  I am a realtor and I LOVE MY CAREER.

More than just beautiful market trend reports

Roxanne...consider yourself blessed.  If you can succeed in real estate without a plan...more power to you.  Statistically though 50% to 80% of newly licensed agents are "out of business" within their first year.

"Referrals are wonderful"  Question:  Do you keep in touch with your past clients?

I would hope you do.  My guess is you probably have some idea of when and who you are going to contact (past clients)...if so...I would say you have a plan...although pretty loose.

I am glad to hear you love your career...so do I.

Jeff
