2016 Market Update
The Champlin Real Estate market of 2016 began with a bang! January was a steady stream of properties already hitting the market. By last year's Spring parade, the Champlin Real Estate market was already in full swing with 91 homes sold and closed. The Champlin Real Estate market kept full steam into the Summer months with most homes being sold over list price AND in multiple offers.
Just after the parade completed in March 2016, our average sale price was $235,835 with cumulative on market time of 45 days!
Rounding out the fall, our average price increased to $287,286 largely due to a low amount of inventory and an increase in demand for Champlin Homes For Sale. The Reserve at Elm Creek New Construction development also raised our average home sale pricing as well. The new construction of the Reserve project brought higher end homes to Champlin and increased our average home sale.
