During a New Year's Day photowalk through Kentlands, our home community in Gaithersburg, Maryland, I photographed this vacant home. It appears that the occupants have gone south for the winter.

That home has obviously been around for quite a while, with the condition of the screws and wood. I bet the occupants would be happy to have a little maintenance done during their absence!
