The cost is so minimal it isn't even funny.  I think it is around $9. a listing a month or how ever long you have it on the market.  They automatically charge my credit card when I activate a particular listing.  When I sell the property, then I de-activate the link and they don't charge anything. You can't even get flyers for that and think how many trees we will save.  Too bad the Title companies can't think of a way not to waste so much paper. :-) 

Can anyone on this post tell me more about this SMS/ Texting, what kind of info you get about any particular property and how it is useful to your listings please?

If you go to their website, you can do the free demo and see what it sends you - then you've captured a lead because you have the drive-by's cell phone number and you can call them back - even if the house doesn't match their needs, now you can offer to show them others.  This looks great, as soon as I get some new listings I am going to sign up.

I hope you guys do what Liane recommends.  I really like this new marketing tool. Its green, affordable and way too easy.  Not to mention impressive to potencial buyers.  Keep me posted on your success.
