A follow up to my last blog...

Sorry I wasn't very specific with my last blog, so here you go...

Honestly, I haven't spent a penny on my internet advertising. I used Microsoft Office Live for a free website and their templates and tools to build it. They made it very easy, plus gave me a free domain name of my choosing. I've posted free listings and links everywhere I possibly could on the net and now I've found myself on the first page of Google, MSN, and Yahoo if you search San Jose Notary. Plus, I make it a point to post an ad or two on craigslist daily which has a link back to my website. This is also free, plus it draws more hits on google searches. I hope this info helps you guys.

Oh, and here is a link to my website. It's not very flashy, but it is effective.

Isn't the technology we have unbelievable?  I don't spend all that much on my website but I do spend alot of time (like yourself) enhancing my SEO skills, blogging, writing articles and podcasts.  I hope you are successful.

Steve, good looking site - especially for the money. I applaud what you've been able to do for free.

Steve, thanks for sharing and your site is tops. I have a website thru a notary association. My page does get quite a few hits and I am high up on the search list. I have access to microsoft office and I will use it to develop web presence on another venture I am working on and link my notary service. Thanks again.

Steve, as a new notary, loan signing agent in Granite Bay, CA. I am working fast and furious to get my website up and running and hopefully well ranked. I to am trying to link to free sites and am happy so far with the results. I also am fascinated by the new technology such as video and podcast advertising. Your site looks great.

Good luck
