Almost another record sale in NYC for 2008...

According to city records, on April 7 a deal was finalized for a condo at the Plaza Hotel at 768 Fifth Avenue for an asthonishing price of$45.1 million dollars.  The record so far this year was $46 million for a duplex penthouse co-op that boasts 17 rooms at 1060 Fifth Ave.  This just goes to show that New York City is still basking in a very healthy market.  It really doesn't look like NYC has even skipped a beat. Congrats to these top notch brokers.

While I havent had a sale of $45.1 million I am having a record year myself. That is a sweet location oh how I love NYC my boyfriend and I have tossed around the idea of moving.

I'd love to have a listing like that. I could take the rest of the year off, and get some water skiing in.
