If you are watching CNN today, Showhomes was featued in conjuntion with a Money Magazine article:

This is a 4 minute clip interviewing an Orange County Home Manager for Showhomes. This Home Manager, Jim Fisher, has been with us for 2 years and plans to be with us for a while longer as the real estate market in CA has slowed so much.

Jim and his wife, Laura have great furniture and artwork and we have fun setting up their homes whenever they move. They've helped us and the listing Realtors sell over 10million in homes over the last two years!

Great job.  Any publicity about staging is good publicity and this is even better.

A rough job indeed! That's the beauty of using a Home Manager to stage and sell a home. Everyone wins - the homeowner gets a faster sale at a higher price, the Realtor gets more commission with much less hassle and we are able to stage a volume of high end homes that otherwise would sit vacant
