I wanted to take a minute to show you the latest pending sales in the high-end condo market on Marco Island. Two new pending sales in Belize at Cape Marco - Belize 703, Living area 2680 sq. ft., List price $1,598,000
- Belize 1605, Living area 3600 sq. ft., List price $2,699,000
One new pending sale in Madeira - Madeira #604, Living area 3303 sq. ft., List price $2,675,000
- This was the last available condo on the market in the "04" stack in Madeira. This stack offers panoramic views of Marco's Crescent Beach and the bulk of its square footage is found on western, or beachfront, part of the building.
Vera Cruz at Cape Marco - the pending sale is now back on the market. As activity in the high-end condo market continues, the most desirable condos, such as the "04" stack of Madeira, are depleted from the market. Hence, a missed opportunity for the "waiting buyer" to get exactly what he or she wants in our beautiful area of Southwest Florida.
