I love this post!  I was curious if you needed to get the permission of the listers to use the photos, or if you took those yourself?   Great job!

I love posts like these, Dick!! Extremes seem to always draw me in. Can't help but love the price on the 35AC and tiny tiny home cabin--so suh-weet!

I actually thought the prices were pretty good on those other two...call me crazy. If they were in CA, wouldn't they command about 10mil each? or more??

I'm voting for 130 Palmer Drive, Dick... just my style! That little cabin, not so much, but interesting to read about.

Wow those are extreme.  I love the pictures of all of these.  I am pretty sure Erin would love that little home.  Fits right into that Tiny House theme.

I have to agree with the comment left by George Souto .  The only place where I would differ, is that I could be happy in that little place too.  Just as long as I had a few neighbors nearby.

I would have snatched up that cabin with the trout stream. Too bad I didn't know about that one.

Cool report on the extreme homes in your area.

Dick, well, with 35 acres, there's room to put a nice addition on that cute little log cabin.

I LOVE this post Dick Greenberg, very creative. I've never seen a home as small as that little cabin, there's always a first.
