Two bedroom homes in the Delta area come in a wide variety of sizes and styles. These homes have in town and out of town locations. Almost half of the available homes are on acreage out of town. The smaller in town bungalows make a great alternative to a condominium or townhome.
This report will cover the town of Delta and the surrounding rural area. This information comes from the local MLS (multiple listing service), and will include the two bedroom homes listed there that are in the 81416 zip code.
No new two bedroom homes have come on the market since last month's report. - At this time there are 12 active listings and five that are under contract pending a sale.
- Prices start at $68,000 for an older trailer on an acre. This one will probably not be eligible for financing due to condition and the age of the trailer. The highest priced listing is at $448,000.
- The average list price is $153,488 and the median list price is $110,000.
- House sizes start off small at 768 square feet. The largest two bedroom home on the market at this time is 2550 square feet.
