Chesterbrook is a large mixed community in Wayne, Tredyffrin Township, Tredyffrin Easttown School District. It is situated on an old farm, with offices, single family home sub-communities, town home sub-communities with Home owner associations and town home sub-communities with Condo Associations and apartments as well. There are two swimming pools which require separate membership and also tennis courts as well.
Sitting between Route 202 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike it is well located for those who want to be close to Paoli for transportation to center city or New York via Amtrak. Easy access for all major routes provide short drives to King of Prussia, West Chester and Wilmington, and even to center city via the Schuylkill Expressway. You are just minutes away from many fine restaurants, shops and coffee bars along the Main Line and beyond. For those who prefer an active life there is easy access to the Chester Valley Trail with access in Westlake Business Park and Valley Forge National Park can be accessed via walking trails within the community, the park gives access to the Schuylkill Rive Trail right into center city.
