The only one I predict you are wrong on are oil prices. I see them no higher than $60 a barrel.

Interesting predictions.  I hope to see both rental prices and home prices stabilize.

BTW:  If you have lived in Valencia for a long time, you may know my sister-in-law.  Her name was Connie Bishop at that time.  She was the manager of a Wells Fargo branch and the President of the Chamber of Commerce.  She moved away many years ago, but curious if you remember or knew her.   She is here visiting me now.

Carol Williams we were not fortunate enough to know Connie.  Has she share all of the benefits of life in our community.  This is one of the best in the nation due to safety, schools, community involvement and local annual events.  I'm sure she has great memories.  Let her know that we have continued growing in a great direction and appreciate her dedication to our community.

Tony Lewis - some of these predictions are scary for sure! Like rising days on market, rising home price reductions etc!

It is going to be an interesting year for sure.

In our area _SF Bay area I am afraid other than interest rates the rest stats will be very different from Southern California.

Great predictions.

There are some good predictions, Tony.

Without a doubt, 2017 is going to be a year of transition, not only in the political and policy arenas but also within real estate. It is driven by changes in legislative, MLS, and market forces.
