Start on a good note with your team to get everyone excited for the day ahead.
Round Table-
Open up the conversation to discuss anything going on within business pertaining to the team.
New Clients-
New clients should ALWAYS be celebrated! Discussing new clients during your team huddle lets everyone know what is going on in the business.
New Items-
Discuss things like buyer agent agreements that have been sent, and any offer on houses that have been received.
New Open Escrows-
Only bring up the ones the team needs to know about
Challenged Buyers-
Ask for tips from other team members so you can help get the buyer exactly what they want.
Role play-
This activity helps train the team for anything they could encounter, such as increasing sales in your business.
Current Wants and Needs-
Help others reach their goals and team goals. Go over any goals that have been met and help them set new goals.
Over time you will be able to see the effect of the team huddle on your team. You’ll notice less wasted time throughout the day and an increase in dollar per hour (DPH).
