Wordless Wednesday-Still Socked In!

By
Real Estate Agent with Vernonia Realty 700512026

Fishhawk Lake inDecember  2008. Worst winter in Oregon history. It looks like we might beat the record for that year, if we remain in the temps and snowfall  that we have accumulated in the last few days. More to come! Brace yourself! (Here's another photo from winters past). Sorry, not so wordless Wednesday!

Gayle loved the pictures and it brought back memories when I lived in Austria, Germany and on the East Coast.... Now this is how I want to see this type  of weather. I am sorry that you are stuck inside with a good bottle of wine and a good book:) Endre

Winter can always be a double edged sword as your photos depict.  There is little as beautiful as snow covered trees climbing rugged hills and mountains.  A simple shovel full would be the other side of the sword.  lol   Take care for as you know this conditions are dangerous as well.  Mark

I have not been snowed in since the late 80's. Plow trucks are bigger and faster nowdays.

Thank you all for stopping by! I'm going to visit my folks that I follow today. Hope you are enjoying your "weather" wherever you are. I'm going to flip it and leave a photo from a Hawaii trip long ago.

Gayle, we have heard that most of the west coast is getting hit with major rain or snowfall. Be safe .. This winter's weather is so crazy in my opinion.

Gayle-Always have loved snow pictures but not a fan of snow. Ours melted and the temps rebounded. Love your Hawaii pic too.

Gayle,  it sure seems like many areas across the nation are experiencing "severe" weather.  We are getting record rain here in Northern CA and we have been in a drought state for years!

Stay warm and keep the wine rack stocked.

Hi Gayle, this certainly has been quite the Storm!  Over here on the Vancouver side of the Columbia River the local paper looked it up and said this was seventh place out of the past 100 years for a one-day total.  Bet you're glad you have that big, big propane tank!  John and Kat

Gayle,  such beauty the snow brings to the land.  We haven't had much snow. But I know it is coming. This week temps are a little higher, in the 40s, and we are suppose to have rain most of the week.
