Ringing and Singing in the Rain 2017- An ActiveRain Challenge
Nick T Pappas was surprised to hear my voice the morning of January 11, 2017. Although I prefer to send a contact note first, I couldn't find the "Contact Me," feature on his blog. Therefore, I took a chance, and as fate would have it, Nick picked up the phone with gusto. He is very professional and easy to talk with about business.
Nick said, "Hello," to everyone on ActiveRain. He wanted all to know, he is "alive and well." He speaks highly of ActiveRain, and its members, e.g., Debbie Reynolds and Tammie White from the Franklin, TN area. That area of the country reminds him of where Nick came from in McHenry County in the City of Woodstock, in Northern, Illinois. Both have agricultural and peaceful serenity feeling of the country while still having recreational and the entertainment world, plus the arts nearby. They are about an hour and a half apart from where Nick lives. He serves the areas in Madison and Huntsville, Alabama, and he is licensed in Illinois.
Overall, business is very good and busy. Nick likes being busy! His outlook is basically fraternal, and he has developed many friendships as a result of being licensed in Alabama and Illinois for more than 30 years. He enjoys dialoguing with others about the business and has acquired a wealth of knowledge and life experiences. When he is very busy, it's easy to get lost in the business where he stays focused on the needs of his clients. Because of his passion for the business, he finds himself working late at the office on holidays like Christmas and New Year's and that's why he hasn't been able to write a post in a while.
Active Rain is a great resource to build camaraderie and knowledge which builds on his background in various aspects of the Real Estate Industry, such as Investing, Appraisal, Residential, and Property Management. 2015 was very busy and 2016 was also busy. He foresees 2017 to stay the course of being eventful for many people wishing to buy and purchase Real Estate. This business continues to be promising. His area remains in high demand because of NASA. Like many cities, it's growing fast and has its own share of growing pains.
When it comes to helping others to achieve their goals, Nick is unstoppable. To accommodate his heavy workload, he's thinking about forming a Team. He understands the need to have the best people working with him to achieve their goals with the primary interest in working with integrity. Personally, I think good things are in store for Nick. He really enjoys what AR has to offer and the members on ActiveRain. Hopefully, he'll get back to blogging again soon!
