CRS 204

Anyone want to comment on CRS204 Creating Wealth through Residential Real Estate?  I signed up for it and have been told by a couple folks that it's a fairly difficult course.  My greatest concern is that you need to bring a financial calculator and they sure have a lot of buttons.  Until now, all my calculating has been done with a spread sheet.  This is my first CRS course and I have no idea what to expect.

Mike ~ I am taking this course on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week and then I will get the designation. I will let you know. I hope it is not too difficult, but the challenge will be exciting.

Took the course in May, and it exceeded expectations.  If you do not know already, you will learn how to use the financial calculator.  I think you'll like the course.
