It is my professional opinion we will continue to see some increase in pricing this year 2017 . If you are looking to buy in my opinion why would you pay more for a smaller unit then you would for a larger unit . The other draw back is unless buyers are paying cash an appraisers is going to raise his eye brow . This is why we do market reports to keep buyers and sellers aware of pricing . When you want to sell the worse thing you can do is over price your unit . Statistics show the longer a property sits on the market the less money you will get for your unit . The other thing I tell my clients is your first offer is usually the best offer . Unless your first offer is a ridiculous offer . I know you are used to hearing me talk about updating units . New windows ,heaters . kitchens .and bathrooms are also very important .
Delaire Landing has so many wonderful amenities. It has two beautiful pools overlooking the water . It also has a clubhouse that has a gym ,library, card-room ,snow removal ,trips ,shuttle bus to the train daily
There are local eateries close by .There is Maggies by the Waterfront and the Three Monkey's Cafe to name a few . There is also a WaWa store for convenience items.
Delaire landing is a wonderful place to live .Just ask anyone who lives there they will tell you how much they enjoy living here .
