Weltanschauung: the guiding principles
#5: We believe that the constructive dialogue at ActiveRain fosters transparency among consumers about the industry. We understand that ActiveRain plays a key role in demonstrating the integrity and professionalism of those engaged in our industry.
In my opinion this principal applies to life in general as well as AR culture.
Communication is critical to any business, not just real estate. Understanding
and realization does not usually come from a one time conversation.
Especially with someone not familiar with a particular industry or subject. It
is in multiple visits to a subject that one grows knowledgeable.
To validate that knowledge to a stronger point is to have multiple sources
from which information is obtained. Like looking at any object in your
hand. It is best considered by turning it and viewing from all different sides.
It may be the same object all viewing and yet the subtle nuiances may differ
from viewer to viewer. With those differences being brought forth by the
separate people who viewed it, better light is shed upon what ever it may be.
The same holds true for information and ideas. It does not always make
either, of a different idea or view, right or wrong. Often in their being no
absolute right or wrong, more clarity is found of an object because of the
different opinions and views afforded to the same object/subject.
In my opinion, Active Rain offers myself, and consumers alike, to learn from
many different perspectives on many different subjects.
