Buyers are generally looking for move-in-ready homes. They expect to drive up to a home that looks inviting from the exterior and enter into a clean looking and clean smelling, de-cluttered home that is warm and welcoming.
B is For Box-It:
If you don't 'absolutely need it' then box it up. Buyers can be overwhelmed by too much stuff. Jam packed, cluttered closets and overcrowded counters tend to convey 'lack of space.' Keep what you need and start packing the rest to present a well organized space.
C is For Calendar Check:
I hire a professional photographer to take outstanding photos of your home and then I propel into my mega marketing campaign...!! Check Your Calendar and let me know Ahead of Time if you have upcoming dates/times when I will be unable to show your home to potential buyers. A cleared calendar with flexibility for showing appointments is ideal.
