Looks like the film crew has quite the production going on in that home.  How fun would that be to watch.

I love the eclectic look and feel of the Historic Highlands Landmark District of Pasadena. If people decorate for the holidays, it must be a very special place to meander through the streets to see. Or in Spring or Summer when everything is lush and green, it must be beautiful as well with its mature trees.

I always enjoy reading about your special corners of the world in Pasadena.

Hi Michael

If I were moving to Pasadena I think the historic Highlands neighborhood would be the area I would target. There is certainly a diversity of housing styles and prices, and being close to a range of amenities no doubt adds to the interest and desirability. Great job on this overview of the community and its housing market.

I love the looks of the homes in Historic Highlands and the Craftsman look so many of them have. This would be a neighborhood I would like to live in if I moved to Pasadena. I might have to wait awhile for some homes to come on the market.
