Home sales were brisk in Waxhaw's Cureton neighborhood in the fourth quarter of 2016, with 16 closed sales as published by Carolina Multiple Listing Service. As of December 31st, 2016 12 homes were available for sale in Cureton Home sales were also brisk throughout 2016, with 62 homes sold within 83 days, on average. (It's worth pointing out that the days on market are somewhat "skewed" as many of the sold homes were new construction and reflect all the days a home may have under construction.)
