In the last year, home sales are up 15% and home prices are up 3.7% but if you look at the last 5 years. Home sales are up 24% and prices are up 16%. While we are nowhere close to our record sales year of 2006 (69 homes SOLD) we have exclipsed the pre recession average sales price of $347,732. We believe that 2017 will bring greater opportunities but we still have a major issue of not enough homes for buyers to purchase. Thats where you come in.
