When you enter an owner occupied home that is for sale, you expect the home to be ready for you and your buyers to see it. However entering this Manchester NH area home, I am happy to share a picture of this tub I took. Now this was not a REO, not a vacant home and no short sale here. Did anyone tell the seller how to ready a home for showings?
This home was not quite ready. It was not a new listing. It was listed with a big national name. The seller did still live here. I can tell you why the home has been for sale for so long in such a nice neighborhood.
