People are always asking us whether or not they should get a real estate license. This is the right time! There is no time like the present. We tell them they should not put off getting a license, and it’s not because our economy is cyclical. It’s not because interest rates are still low. It’s not even because the market is still hot. This is the right time because it’s your time.
Putting off a goal is never a healthy thing to do. Anyone who plans to get a real estate license has a goal. For that reason, this is the right time. You owe it to yourself to attain that goal, to get that real estate license, and to start your new real estate career.
February is going to be an amazing month. For those of you who are still working in different jobs, TEAM Hughes Real Estate School will be teaching its evening course. Beginning February 6th, we will meet every Monday through Thursday, 5:30 until 9:40 for three weeks. We cater this class to the working students, and we’ll never give you more than you can handle in those three weeks. For the students who can commit one solid week out of their lives, on February 20th, we will be teaching our One-Week Fast Track Real Estate Class in Pensacola, which runs Monday through Saturday, 8:30 until 5:30, and then back on Sunday for the final exam. This is our most popular Florida class, and it’s repeated the following week, February 27th, in Shalimar, FL to accommodate our students from the Ft. Walton Beach, Destin, Crestview and Niceville area. For our Alabama students, TEAM Hughes will begin its Two-Week Fast Track Real Estate Class in Daphne, the weeks of February 6th and February 13th, 9:00 until 4:00.
Finally, the last week of February, beginning February 27th, TEAM Hughes will be offering the Alabama Post License Real Estate Class in Daphne. You can check out our website for prices and locations of all our classes.
If this blog seems like an advertisement, I apologize, but having so many students ask us if it’s the right time brought to mind the fact that this is the right time. It may not be your time, but when your time comes, you’ll recognize it. Having a goal or a dream burning within you makes life uncomfortable, as though there is something left to do.
